Best Workaround for Blu-ray Region Codes - Remove Solutions

Question: Blu-ray region codes, is there a work around?
I live in the US and there are a few dvds i'd like to get from other regions (regions A, B, C) that aren't available here. I know if i use the media player that came on my computer (i'm using a Asus ZenPad 3s btw) i can only change it so many times before it's stuck like that. I've heard that with VLC it will play all the regions, does this work? I've never tested it out as i don't have the discs yet, or know anyone that has. If it doesn't work is there any alternatives i can do?

Source From: Bypassing Current Blu-ray Region Codes for Playing

Best Answer:

VLC does not yet support Blu-ray menus so you must manually select title to play. Not all Blu-ray movies are supported in the above free method, and VLC doesn't claim it would be work well with the latest macOS Sierra. If VLC still can’t help you play Blu-ray disc movie, or not work smoothly on macOS Sierra, you could purchase a Blu-ray Player(as far as I know over $39.95) or Rip Blu-ray to common format(you need a Blu-ray Ripper) for VLC or other common media player on Mac, like Mac default QuickTime Player.

So, we need to get a special program to assist you to bypass Blu-ray region code.

Brorsoft Blu-ray Ripper can not only remove DVD disc region code, but also remove Blu-ray disc region code well, just like the Blu-ray Player can play the DVD disc well. If you want to remove both Blu-ray and DVD disc region code, there is no harm in trying Blu-ray Ripper. Besides, applying Brorsoft Blu-ray Ripper, all commercial protected DVDs and Blu-rays can be ripped to nearly all popular video and audio formats like MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, AAC, MP3 as you need for playback on different devices, such as Android, iPhone(7), HDTV, etc.
